Staff Senate Nomination Form


Use this form to nominate yourself or a co-worker to run for a Staff Senate seat. Staff Senate seats are for two-year terms. Online elections will be held April 15 - 16, 2014.

All nominations are to be submitted using this online form by Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:30 a.m.

If nominating a co-worker, please discuss your intent to nominate them before submitting.

You or your nominee must have started employment with ULM on or before August 1, 2013. Form fields denoted with an * are required, and comments are encouraged.
