1. Mail sent to this box must be in the organization’s name using the address format below.

2. Box rental dates are January 1 – December 31.

3. The cost is $40.00 per year and this is due by the first day of class in January of each year.

4. The renter will be given one key to the box. Should the key be lost or misplaced, the organization agrees to pay the cost of rekeying the box.
