HONR 1001 - Honors Colloquium - 1 hrs.
May be repeated for up to 7 hours of credit.
A scheduled gathering to discuss topics relevant to a semester theme. May be repeated for a total of 7 credits. Grades of CR (credit) or NC (no credit) will be assigned. Prerequisites: Admission to the Honors Program or permission of the Honors Council. (Formerly HONR 101H)
HONR 1010 - Citizenship And Community Service - 3 hrs.
Introduction to citizenship and leadership through community service and civic engagement.
HONR 3001 - Honors Social Science - 3 hrs.
May be repeated for up to 6 hours of credit.
Discussion and investigation of topics in anthropology, econimics, geography, political science, psychology, or sociology. Course content varies and may link two or more of these disciplines. Prerequisites: Admisson to the Honors Program or permission of the University Honors Council. (May be repeated for up to six hours of credit.)
HONR 4010 - Honors Seminar - 3 hrs.
May be repeated for up to 9 hours of credit.
Discussion and investigation of a central theme from a multidisciplinary perspective. (May be repeated for up to nine hours of credit.) Prerequisite: Permission of the Honors Council. (Formerly HONR 410H)
HONR 4015 - Honors Project - 1 to 3 hrs.
May be repeated for up to 3 hours of credit.
1-3 credits; maximum 3 credits. An independent and original project in the major field of the student. Grades of CR (credit) or NC (no credit) will be assigned. Prerequisite: Permission of the Honors Council. (Formerly HONR 415H)
