The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is a Collaborative Online Degree Program offered jointly by the nine public universities in the University of Louisiana System (ULS). It is a completer degree program established to reach out to adult learners. To enter the program, students must be at least 25 years old and have completed 60 hours of college credit, including general education courses. The degree consists of 30 hours of courses offered jointly by faculty at the nine ULS universities and 30 hours of concentration courses in Financial Services and elective courses at ULM. As a collaborative online degree program, pricing of the Organizational Leadership degree differs from ULM’s standard fee structure.
