Biographical Sketch

Born in South Louisiana, served 6 years in the US Navy.  Attended Univ. of New Orleans for undergrad and graduated with a Pharm.D. from ULM in 2004.  Completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at St. Thomas Health Services in Nashville in 2005.
