Biographical Sketch

Dr. Hanna Rotundo earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and French from the University of Alabama in 2011 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan in 2016. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care/Global Health Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. 

As a faculty member, Dr. Rotundo practices at the University Medical Center New Orleans LSU Medicine Clinic, where she provides direct patient care alongside the LSU Internal Medicine residents. Her clinical services include comprehensive medication management and diabetes education, and she enjoys precepting pharmacy students and residents in clinic. Dr. Rotundo is passionate about providing high-quality care to all patients and reducing health disparities. She coordinates the Global Health and Pharmacy Practice elective at ULM and teaches throughout the pharmacy curriculum. She is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
