Biographical Sketch

Dr. Paula Griswold received both her B.S. in Medical Technology and her M.S. in Life Sciences (Microbiology) from Louisiana Tech University.  She obtained her Ph.D. in Toxicology from Northeast Louisiana University.  She is a registered Medical Technologist through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and a certified Medical Coder through the American Association of Professional Coders.

 

Dr. Griswold has developed and taught (online and face-to-face) courses in the Health Studies Program since she joined ULM.  She has also developed a health studies practicum whereby working closely with healthcare facilities in the community.  Dr. Griswold serves as a Quality Matters Master Reviewer of online courses for ULM and other universities.  She has presented many papers at conferences and is well published.  She serves on university and college committees.  Dr. Griswold is active in community organizations which work to benefit the elderly in our community.
