Known Migration Issues
This page details known possible problems which might have occurred during the migration process from the old Digital Measures system to this new ULM system.
-
Strange Characters
- The conversion process may have introduced "strange" characters, especially for extended Spanish or French characters which are not normally written in English. Some of these characters have been fixed, but otherwise you may need to edit your activities and correct them by hand, by editing and re-saving the entry.
-
Saved / Updated order
- Some lists of content may appear out of order, because it was ordered on Digital Measures by when it was saved. However, all content on the new system was imported on the same date, so the system doesn't know which piece goes "first", and so for some lists, the order of data may not be the same as it was on Digital Measures.

CV Formatting
- Though great pains have been taken to make sure the formatting of your vitae entires are formatted correctly, it is possible the formatting is off on a few activity types. If you see such issues, please notify Alma Sewell (sewell@ulm.edu) with details of what is missing or not formatted correctly.
