Dave Hanson brings almost 25-years of clinical and organizational leadership experience in a wide-variety of healthcare settings including large academic medical centers, community hospitals and multi-hospital systems. Recognized for his passion and talent at creating and sustaining organizational clinical excellence; Dave is a dynamic leader with a reputation for teambuilding, collaboration and an extraordinary role model for nurses who strive to advance the profession and quality of patient care.

A prolific speaker and author, Dave is widely recognized for his expertise in advanced pre-hospital care, cardiovascular care, workforce development, fostering true collaboration, building and sustaining healthy work environments, transformational leadership and successfully mentoring new graduate nurses. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and demonstrated outcomes in the areas of nursing empowerment, employee satisfaction and engagement, evidence-based staff development and leadership, as well as designation and re-designation for ANCC Magnet Recognition®.

Alberta Brown Green is the CEO of Professional Development Solutions where she provides Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Professional Career Development, Leadership Development, Professional Business Development Trainings, Upper Management & Executive Coaching, Mental Health Counseling and Life Coaching. Green is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Louisiana State Supervision Privileges.

Alberta previously served as the Vice President of Organizational Strategy and IT Initiatives for North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP). Prior to joining NLEP, Alberta was employed as a Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with CenturyLink, a fortune 500 company. Prior her role at CenturyLink, she served as the Director of Career Connections at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and developed several career placement programs.
