The course concludes with a course that provides training in the InAccord model of Restorative Justice, which will prepare you to work on cases that involve bringing together perpetrators and victims of crimes in order to seek resolutions that seek to restore all parties.

Students who successfully complete this program, may choose to sit for the Certified Mediator and Arbitrator exam after completion of the add-on course, In Accord Arbitration.

Upon successful completion of the Program, you may choose to submit an application to Mediators Without Borders to be considered for a referral network to work as a professionally Certified Mediator and Arbitrator or as a professional Interviewer.
