The Program provides training in the InAccord® Conflict Analysis model for mediation and restorative justice combined with an applied practice that includes simulated role plays. The course concludes with a course that provides training in the InAccord model of Restorative Justice, which will prepare you to work on cases that involve bringing together perpetrators and victims of crimes in order to seek resolutions that seek to restore all parties.
Students who successfully complete this program, may choose to sit for the Certified Mediator and Arbitrator exam after completion of the add-on course, In Accord Arbitration.
Upon successful completion of the Program, you may choose to submit an application to Mediators Without Borders to be considered for a referral network to work as a professionally Certified Mediator and Arbitrator or as a professional Interviewer.

- Apply InAccord® surveys to simulated cases and analyze the results
- Apply knowledge, skills and values of InAccord mediation to field of restorative justice
- Understand theories underlying and influencing field of restorative justice
- Analyze various models or application of restorative justice, such as sentencing circles
- Understand victim and offender issues in restorative justice process
