Why can't I log in?
Most Common Issues

- Forgotten your MyULM username/password
Call 318-342-3333 for help resetting it. NOTE: Same as your ULM Email/Moodle password.

- Logging in with CWID/PIN and forgotten one or both
Call 318-342-5262 for help retrieving CWID or resetting PIN.
PIN resets will take effect the next business day

- Using your SSN instead of your CWID
If you choose to use Banner credentials to log in,
you cannot use your SSN in the CWID box like you can in Banner.
Call 318-342-5262 or 318-342-5003 to get your CWID.

- Date, time, time zone, and/or Daylight Savings Time settings on your computer clock are wrong
If any of these are wrong, you will get one of four outcomes:
1) The message: "Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue"
2) The message: "You must login to view this page"
3) The message: "Please wait while you are being logged in", but log in never actually occurs
4) A blank screen.
Please make sure the Date, Time, Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time/Standard Time settings are correct; call 318-342-3333 for assistance if necessary.

- Cookies are not enabled
If cookies are not enabled you will get one of the four outcomes listed directly above in the section about the computer clock
Please enable cookies in your browser or call 318-342-3333 for assistance.

- Browser cache is not cleared or stored passwords are being passed to the Evaluations validation procedure
Please clear your cache and be sure you are entering the correct password (or PIN).
Call 318-342-3333 for assistance if necessary.

- Using Safari, Google Chrome, or Opera as the browser
Please switch to Firefox (preferred) or Internet Explorer.

- Using your iPhone, Android, or Blackberry to evaluate your courses
Please switch to a laptop or desktop computer.

- Using AOL as the browser, or using a computer where the AOL browser was once installed or is installed
If none of the information on this page has helped so far, and you are on a computer where the AOL browser has been installed,
then please go to another computer. Any campus lab computer should work.
If you do not have access to another computer, please send a message here.

- Still cannot login after trying everything on this page
